3 SIMPLE Ways to Better Health - Emotionally, Spiritually and Physically

If I asked you to pick between being healthy or unhealthy, one hundred percent of you would choose healthy. Right? Of course that's what you would pick!


Since we all want to be healthy, we need to be INTENTIONAL to work on achieving this goal.


Although these three simple ways to better health are FREE monetarily and don’t take much time, they do require a few skills. What skills do you need to work on being healthier emotionally, spiritually and physically? The skills of discipline and self-control. Discipline to stay committed to do these things every day and self-control to not over load your schedule with too many daily activities. You have to be INTENTIONAL to do these three simple activities EVERY DAY!



Three Simple Ways to Be Healthier


1) LAUGH OUT LOUD every day

You can certainly watch a funny video or read a funny joke, but it’s not necessary.

You can just laugh out loud. So simple!


2) BE QUIET AND STILL for 15-30 minutes every day

Close your eyes if you want . . . and just relax.

You can take some deep breaths during this time also.

Put your cell phone in another area while you do this exercise.


3) RECITE a BIBLE VERSE OUT LOUD every day

Repeat the verse several times.

It will be helpful to write or type the Bible verse on paper and put copies in places where you can see them throughout the day.

The goal is to work on memorizing the Bible verse – filling your mind with God’s Word. After you have memorized one verse, choose another verse to work on memorizing.
