About
Hi, I'm Renee Bethel, author of Finding Me: A Woman's Guide to Learning More About Herself. I am a Professional Christian Life Coach, a Certified Enneagram Coach and a whole body wellness advocate. After spending six years in a caregiver role with my husband's illness and my daughter's serious injuries from being hit by an 18 wheeler, I realized that I was caring for everyone around me except myself. I did not know anything about how God created my unique personality or what I needed to do to move forward.

As a result of my experience, I wrote the Finding Me journal which guides women through self-discovery questions centered around the areas of emotional, spiritual and physical wellness. Because we are made in God's image, as we learn more about ourselves, we will learn more about God, our Creator, and as a result, experience spiritual growth.
