What Easter Gives You and Your Personality Type

Because of Easter - the resurrection of Jesus - a relationship with God is now possible.

That alone is something to celebrate!

I didn’t always see Easter this way. I knew Jesus died for my sins, and I believed I was forgiven, but I also thought there was still something on my part to maintain it - to stay clean, to stay right with God.

What I didn’t understand then is this:

Because of Jesus, forgiveness isn’t something you revisit. It’s something you have - completely and permanently. Once and for all, your past, present and future sins have been forgiven.

“For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:14)

Easter means Jesus didn’t just clean your slate. He gave you Himself. And that changes everything.

You now get to walk into each day knowing you are already forgiven, already made new, already united with Him. You’re not trying to become equipped for what’s ahead because you already are.
